The Bowl of Heaven

Evangeline Adams was one of the most popular figures in the United States in the late 1800's early 1900's. She popularized astrology in America by bringing legitimacy to it in the eyes of the law, and eventually to a radio broadcast reaching over 50 million listeners across the United States. Through dogged determination, her intelligence, personal study and bucking the system, Evangeline raised the public's perception of astrology from fortune-telling to the "dignity of an exact science."
